It means everything to us that folks are happy with our service. We will always:

1. Quote the lowest applicable rates we have access to
2. Compare lenders for you objectively
3. Recommend the mortgage we truly believe is in your best interests

Rate Guarantee

If we obtain your mortgage approval and the lender lowers its rate, we will secure you that rate reduction up to seven business days before closing (to allow time for the request to be processed and for your lawyer/conveyancor to be re-instructed).

If, for some reason, you find a lower rate for the same lender/mortgage, we will match it without question. We just ask that the quote be bona fide, in writing and verifiable.

Security

Trust is core to our relationship with clients. We will never:

1. Disclose your personal information to 3rd parties without your consent
2. Utilize your information for non-mortgage purposes
3. Request your credit report without your written authorization

What We Ask

We work hard to create efficiencies to provide you lower rates than other lenders and brokers. Volume and closing ratios are the two most important things we can offer lenders, in exchange for them giving you the lowest wholesale rates. We ask only that folks help us help them, by:

1. Applying for the one mortgage they feel is best for them
2. Not requesting rate changes within 6 business days of closing.
3. Not requesting cancellation for minor rate differences (e.g. five one hundredths of a percent, or 0.05%)

Rates will often change before closing, and we monitor them regularly and adjust our clients' rates whenever the client's lender gives us access to a lower rate.
